Our History
The LL12 Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), was founded by Michael & Michelle Koontz in memory of their son, Logan Scott Koontz, a student athlete at Tabb High School, who tragically passed away in a car accident after the homecoming dance in October 2019. He loved life, church, family, cruising, the American flag, and sports. Logan excelled in JROTC, football, and track, achieving various honors and accomplishments.

Our Mission
To provide financial aid for student athletes. The foundation supports athletes with scholarships, equipment, and camp fees, and educates teens on safe driving.
