Our History

The Ll12 Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, was created to honor the memory of Logan Scott Koontz, our 16-year-old son, who died in a tragic car accident leaving Tabb High School Homecoming.

Our Mission

The Mission of The Ll12 Foundation is to raise money for student athletes.  The foundation awards scholarships, camp fees, equipment, and other requests as appropriate to students who apply.

Logan was an avid athlete who loved all sports. He was an amazing football player, a nationally ranked track runner, a basketball player, a lacrosse player, a swimmer, and a baseball player.
