The Mission of The Ll12 Foundation is to raise money for student athletes. The foundation awards scholarships, camp fees, equipment, and other request as appropriate to students who apply.
Logan was an avid athlete who loved all sports. He was an amazing football player, a nationally ranked track runner, a basketball player, lacrosse player, swimmer, and baseball player.
Logan Scott Koontz died in a tragic car accident leaving the Tabb High School’s Homecoming Dance on October 26, 2019. Logan was a sophomore at Tabb High with a bright future ahead of him. He was a Student Athlete with passion and drive matched by very few. He was a compassionate young man and always did his best to include everyone. He loved life, sports, clubs, church, and family.

Logan took advanced classes and maintained his GPA. His goal was to attend the University of Florida to be a Gator. He was open to other college options as long as he had a chance to play football or run track. He talked about going to Old Dominion to be a Navy Seal or JAG officer.
2.5 GPA recommended JROTC program participate a plus
Must show how you live life like Logan did: dedicated, loyal, loving, competitive
